User Data Deletion

At Vibeshock, you can request deletion of your account data at any time.
What can be deleted
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Vibeshock, you may request deletion of:
- your Vibeshock account profile
- connected social account records
- stored Meta access tokens
- scheduled posts
- generated creatives
- brand/workspace data associated with your account
How to request deletion
To request deletion, email support@vibeshock.app with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- your Vibeshock account email
- the Facebook or Instagram account or page you connected, if applicable
We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and confirm once completed.
