Vibeshock is a SaaS platform that helps ecommerce brands, online sellers, and marketers generate AI-powered ad creatives, product marketing visuals, and social media content.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Vibeshock.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Vibeshock offers subscription-based plans that may include monthly points or usage limits. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at checkout. Subscription fees are billed in advance and may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Points or credits included in a subscription are intended only for use within the Vibeshock platform. Monthly points reset according to your billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to use Vibeshock for unlawful, harmful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or prohibited content. You must not use the platform to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

You retain rights to the brand assets and materials you upload. Vibeshock retains rights to the platform, software, and related technology. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any materials you upload.

Vibeshock uses AI systems to generate creative outputs. Because outputs are generated algorithmically, results may vary and are provided on an “as is” basis. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use.

We may suspend or terminate access to Vibeshock if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Vibeshock is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibeshock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vibeshock after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
