1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period.
2. Introductory Pricing
Any introductory or promotional pricing applies only as described at the time of purchase and may be subject to change for future purchases or renewals.
3. Refunds
Because Vibeshock is a digital SaaS product that provides immediate access to software features and usage-based credits, payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription period has started.
4. Exceptions
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Accidental multiple purchases
- Technical issues that prevent reasonable use of the service and cannot be resolved
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles, and you will continue to have access through the end of your current paid period unless otherwise stated.
